When your tenant leaves Sally Carter Property Services will visit your property and check the condition it has been left in. 

We will meet with your tenant at the property, or will visit the property after your tenant has left to check that your property is clean and has been left in the condition as at commencement of the tenancy. 

Sally Carter Property Services will accept the keys back from your tenant, take meter readings and fully inspect your property.  Once the check out has taken place a full report is compiled and provided to you or your Letting Agent for them to act upon and arrange release of your tenants deposit, or, deductions if applicable.

The check out report will detail any difference from the original inventory, including requirements for cleaning or allowances for damage.  Duration of the tenancy is always considered and fair, wear and tear applied.
