The Check in is when Sally Carter Property Services will hand over the property to your tenant.

Check in is when Sally Carter Property Services will meet with your tenant, go through the inventory with them, explain any areas of the property with special requirements, take meter readings and hand over keys.

Your tenant and Sally Carter Property Services will both sign the inventory, confirming its accuracy.  A copy is left with your tenant and another signed copy is returned to you or your Letting Agent for them to commence their administration processes.
